Al Tijarah is managed by an experienced team specialized in trading high quality durum and bread wheat. We source wheat directly from farmers during the harvest season and are able to source wheat through our domestic suppliers as well as strategic business partners abroad. In this way, we offer our customers the assurance of fresh and quality wheat throughout the year. By adhering to the principles of food safety, quality control processes and sustainable agriculture, we ensure that each product is processed to high standards.

Our cereals group also includes important crops such as corn, barley, oats and rye. These cereals are used as basic raw materials in the food processing, bakery, livestock and biofuel sectors. Corn is used for starch production and livestock feed, while barley is widely consumed in beer production and as animal feed. Oats are mainly used in health products and breakfast cereals, while rye is used in baked goods and alcoholic beverages.
Al Tijarah sources these grains from select producers at home and abroad. Thanks to our quality control processes and secure logistics network, our products are supplied in accordance with international standards and delivered on time.
