Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

Manage commercial relations and determine business strategies,
Managing customer relations, meeting requests and providing support services,
Conducting marketing activities for our products and services,
Enhancing the user experience and delivering personalized content,
Analyze and improve website performance through cookies,
Fulfillment of legal obligations and meeting legal demands.
Personal Data Collected and Legal Reasons

Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your personal data below may be processed by automatic or non-automatic methods:

Identity Information: Name, surname
Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address
Internet Usage Information: IP address, browser type, access times
Commercial Data: Shopping history, order information
Financial Information: Payment and billing information
Audio and Visual Data: Visuals shared at events

These data are processed for the following legal reasons:

Article 5/2(a) of KVKK: Explicitly stipulated by law,
Article 5/2(c) of KVKK: Directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract,
Article 5/2(ç) of KVKK: Fulfillment of legal obligations,
Article 5/2(d) of KVKK: Establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
Article 5/2(f) of the LPPD: Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties and Abroad

As Al Tijarah, we do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. However, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, sharing may be possible in the following cases:

Authorized Public Institutions: Sharing with courts and relevant government agencies in order to fulfill legal obligations.
Business Partners and Suppliers: Third party service providers to whom Al Tijarah provides services (e.g., logistics, payment infrastructure, customer support services).
Transfers Abroad: Data transfer to service providers located abroad due to website and customer management systems, server services and analytical tools.
Retention Period of Your Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 7 of the LPPD, your collected personal data is stored only for the period required by the relevant processing purpose. Your data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in the following cases:

When the purpose of data processing ends,
When legal obligations are completed,
In case the data subject requests deletion.

Mandatory data such as financial transactions, invoicing and commercial records are kept for at least 5 years under the relevant legislation.

Your Rights under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the following rights:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
Request information if processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
Right to object on the grounds that the processing is analyzed exclusively by automated systems,
To claim compensation if you are harmed.
